Common questions
Each product page provides ingredients and clear allergen information before you order, and the required information is provided again with your delivery. If you have an allergy, please read the information for every flavour in a bundle.
We cannot promise a dessert is nut-free unless the ingredients, suppliers and cross-contact controls have been checked and we can support that claim. Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy.
Some of our recipes use dairy, eggs and wheat-containing ingredients. Please consult the final, flavour-specific ingredient and allergen statements; we will not rely on a general answer for allergy decisions.
We do not currently label our signature desserts as vegan or gluten-free. Check each product page for any verified dietary claims.
We cannot guarantee bespoke allergen-free preparation. Please ask before ordering; if we cannot safely accommodate a requirement, we will tell you.
